Mobile network operator O2's online shop sells mobile phones and broadband solutions for personal and business customers. Options include O2 pay monthly mobile phones, pay as you go / Pay & Go phones, SIM-only and O2 mobile broadband and home broadband. O2's business shop also offers business mobile phones and price plans.

Apple iPhone offers: the Apple iPhone is available exclusively from O2 in the UK, including for the 3G iPhone.

Web exclusive offers: O2's online shop offers online-only tariffs / price plans that offer better value than those available to customers buying elsewhere, even in O2's own high street stores.

O2 pay monthly / contract mobile phone offers

O2's online store offers pay monthly deals on mobile phones from top brands including Nokia, Sony Ericsson, LG, Samsung, BlackBerry and O2 itself. O2 offers contract mobile phones on a choice of 12, 18 and 24 month tariffs. Features to help buyers choose between O2's contract phone deals include:

O2's pay monthly offers reward customers who sign up for longer with greater value for money. For example, buying a new mobile phone on O2 Online 25 on a 24 month contract gives over five times more inclusive calling minutes than the same O2 price plan on a 12 month contract.

Many longer-term O2 contract deals on online-only tariffs also include a choice of free promotional O2 "bolt-on". Examples include unlimited text messages, unlimited landline calls, unlimited mobile phone web browsing and unlimited O2-to-O2 mobile phone calls (fair usage policies apply). All pay monthly customers who buy direct from O2's online shop can also add bolt-ons as extras at a cost of £7.50 each per month.

Other options with new O2 pay monthly / contract mobile phones include discounts on calls to international numbers, cheaper rates for receiving or making calls when abroad and inclusive overseas data allowances.

O2 pay monthly SIM-only

For those who'd rather keep their existing mobile phone, O2 offers a pay monthly SIM only tariff called Simplicity. This SIM-only product runs on a rolling 30 days notice for cancelling, so there's no long-term contract. Simplicity SIM-only price plans cost from just £15 per month for varying inclusive allowances of minutes and texts.

All of O2's Simplicity SIM-only deals include one bolt-on as standard. For the cheapest tariffs, this is unlimited O2-to-O2 calls. This can be changed for a different extra on higher cost plans - and further bolt-ons can be added at the regular pay monthly rate of £7.50pm each.

O2 Pay & Go / pay as you go mobile phone offers

O2's pay and go phones come with a choice of Pay & Go tariffs / price plans. Subject to topping up each month in line O2's requirements and also to O2's fair usage policy, Text Anytime offers unlimited texts, Favourite Place offers unlimited UK minutes to O2 mobiles and standard UK landlines from within your chosen postcode area and Your Country offers free calling minutes to any international landline or mobile from the UK.

Some of O2's Pay & Go mobile phones are exclusive to the O2 network. Some also come with free gifts when bought as pay as you go phones from O2's online shop. All O2 PAYG phones bought online are delivered free.

O2 Home Broadband

For homes located within O2's broadband network area, O2 Home Broadband offers a choice of high speed broadband internet access packages. Existing O2 mobile phone customers or those buying an O2 contract mobile at the same time benefit from extra discounts on monthly broadband prices.

All of O2's Home Broadband packages include a wireless modem and unlimited bandwidth, subject to fair usage. Connection speeds and prices vary, starting from £7.50 pm for existing or new O2 mobile phone customers.

O2 Business Shop mobile phone offers

O2's best offers for businesses with between one and ten mobile phone users are offered through O2's online small business shop. Benefits for O2 business mobile phone customers include unlimited calls to ten UK landline numbers and to other O2 mobiles, free voicemail and 20% off the cost of all 24 month business mobile tariffs.

O2 business mobile phone customers can also benefit from extra minutes and texts on selected Best for Business price plans. Web browsing / data bolt-ons are also available at an extra monthly cost. All unlimited services are subject to fair usage policies, with charges applicable for abuse or overuse.
